Cakes, plants, chocolate wheel, BBQ, fruit salad, jumping castle, tug o' war, fairy den, face painting ... these and much more at the 2017 twilight fete! MPS families and friends enjoyed the friendly atmosphere created through the 2017 twilight fete and what a great success! While the ultimate goal of this P&C activity is to raise funds for the school it also does much in promoting the positive relationship between students, staff, parents and community.
There where were many stalls, all very popular but I suspect the Dunk a Teacher activity was very profitable - I know I was very wet! Congratulations and a big thank you to the P&C fete organising committee for co-ordinating a wonderful evening of activities. We also thank the many parents and staff who assisted setting up, packing up and all tasks in between! This kind assistance was greatly appreciated. Thank you to the many generous sponsors, service organisations and business houses for supporting the students of MPS. Whilst a full list will be published in the coming week, I would like to mention: Moree Rotary (chocolate wheel), Lions Club (cool room), Clontarf (soccer shootout), Northcott Society (sensory play area), Mrs Jane Rohde (petting zoo), Mr Marty Roberts, Eda Kukucozmen and Josh Henley (musical entertainment) and of course the driving forces behind the fete, Mrs Trish Humphries, Ms Megan Miller and the P&C committee.
