Congratulations to Chloe Elbourne on a fantastic effort at the Multicultural Perspectives Public Speaking competition inter-regional final last week. Presenting a prepared speech Unity in Diversity, followed by an impromptu speech, Taking a risk, Chloe won the event and will now go on to Sydney to compete in the state final in November.
