The Celtic Festival held in Glen Innes each year is a highlight for both the highland dancers and the Moree pipe band. It is no secret that I have a special interest in both and I am delighted to say that a small group of MPS students joined with Glen Innes students to perform as the Glenmore Highland Dancers. Despite a wet start to the festival street march, the dancers dressed in traditional Scottish regalia presented a 20 minute bracket based upon the theme of the Braemar Highland Gathering.
