Home Reading: the 80 club

Ten minutes of reading each night makes all the difference to fluency and comprehension – not to mention the sheer enjoyment of reading a story or learning some new information. Congratulations to our infants students: Imogen Brazel, Levi Nolan, Chloe Muggleton, Beau Ross, Jaylan Bryans, Nate Grasnick, Ally Duncan, Nicholas Brown, Pearl Humphries and Grace Atkins for continuing to read, read and READ! AND, a fantastic team effort by class 5/6L-14 is also to be applauded – reaching Level 4 twice! This means many hours of reading each night have been accumulated by the students and a trophy is proudly standing on their bookshelf.
