Absent Notes
If your child has to be absent from school for any reason, including arriving late or leaving early, please either tell your child's teacher or the administration assistant at our school, or explain the reason by phone, email, written note, or via Skoolbag as soon as possible and within seven days.
Late Arrival/Early Departures
Parents are requested to make every effort to ensure that children arrive by 8:55am. Late arrivals should go directly to their classroom.
If you need to collect your child from school during the day, a note should be sent to the class teacher. At the designated time, your child will wait at the School Office to be personally collected and signed out.
For safety, students are not released to unauthorised persons. Disruptions to classes should be kept to a minimum and where possible, dental, doctors' appointments etc., should be made outside of school hours.

Attendance notes may be submitted through the Skoolbag app, which is available for android and iOS.
